Are you all working out and dieting? Any special programs? Let me know your thoughts! :-)

  1. I posted some ideas in tips and advice but I will post more here too! Do a checkmark page for 8 glasses of water a day, 5 servings of veggies a day 3 servings of fruit and 2 for dairy. I was peeing all day yesterday but I didn't overendulge as much cuz I was so full from the water.

  2. I have been walking and also drinking lots of water. And in the evening will do sit-ups.
